Senior Program Manager

Lead employee experience innovation at Dropbox through AI enablement and tool optimization in a Virtual First, distributed work model. Candidates must reside in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, or Saskatchewan.

As a Senior Program Manager, Employee Experience, you will own a strategic Virtual First technology work stream. You will manage interconnected programs spanning knowledge management, digital workflows, automation, and AI adoption. The work combines organizational research, experimentation, behavioral science, and cross-functional stakeholder management to improve employee effectiveness.

• Own strategy, roadmap, priorities, and outcomes for the technology work stream
• Design and lead research, pilots, and experiments testing new work methods
• Translate findings into recommendations, behavioral frameworks, and operating models
• Manage programs through scoping, validation, and enablement planning
• Facilitate cross-functional committees and partner on outcome measurement

• 8+ years in program management or related disciplines
• Expertise in AI adoption, knowledge management, workflows, and automation
• Experience leading complex programs through measurable outcomes
• Experience managing research, pilots, experiments, or innovation programs
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and judgment in ambiguity
