This senior program manager leads large-scale Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations and transformation initiatives. The role connects business stakeholders, system integrators, technology teams, and vendors across Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Planning. It supports successful delivery from initiation through hypercare.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Oracle Cloud SCM programs through hypercare
- Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate business, IT, SI partners, and vendors
- Facilitate design workshops and executive steering committees
- Oversee ERP, EPM, HR, and third-party integrations
- 12+ years of ERP delivery experience
- 8+ years leading Oracle SCM implementations
- Understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
