You will play a vital role in managing residential property claims, utilizing your 1-3 years of desk experience to improve customer interactions. Leverage proprietary systems to navigate the claims process efficiently, ensuring accurate evaluations and settlements while keeping customers informed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and settle residential property claims
• Review policy wordings and relevant coverage
• Communicate with customers throughout the claims process
• Assess and determine settlement amounts accurately
• Maintain claim reserves and update promptly
Requirements:
• 1-3 years’ experience in personal property claims
• Experience with large national contractors
• Ability to evaluate low to medium complexity claims
• Familiarity with Xactimate estimating software
• Passion for helping customers in their time of need
