Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct investigations and gather evidence for claims

• Assess liability and subrogation potential during claims reviews

• Generate timely and detailed reports for denied claims

• Participate in Fraud Committee presentations

• Maintain meticulous documentation of investigations

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education completed

• Minimum 3 years experience in claims handling

• Must acquire specific licenses and certifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
