Key Responsibilities:

• Determine risk for individual policies up to $3,000,000

• Support Sales and Marketing with critical risk decisions

• Review financial and medical information for applications

• Engage with reinsurance partners on high-risk cases

• Mentor junior staff to improve coverage decisions

Requirements:

• Bilingual English/French is essential

• 4+ years of individual underwriting experience

• Proven mentoring ability

• Familiarity with underwriting methodology

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field
