Compensation
Base salary between $45,000 - $55,000 with annual bonus potential, tailored to your experience and performance.

Responsibilities
Assist producers with new business, renewals, endorsements, and claims
Support inbound walk-in clients and scheduled appointments
Manage policy changes and customer requests accurately and efficiently
Collaborate closely with CSR team members
Maintain accurate records within insurance management systems
Qualifications
1-2 years of commercial lines insurance experience or a strong desire to transition from personal lines
Proficiency with BMS
Level 1 insurance license
Strong organizational and communication skills
Customer-focused attitude
Able to work full time in office
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Legally entitled to work in Canada and hold required permits
