As a Commercial Lines Insurance Assistant, your responsibilities include assisting producers with renewals, endorsements, and facilitating claims. Your strong communication and organizational skills will be essential for managing policy changes and client appointments. Collaborate harmoniously with colleagues and ensure records within the management system are meticulously kept.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with new business, renewals, and claims support
• Serve walk-in clients and manage appointments
• Efficiently manage policy changes and customer requests
• Work closely with CSR team for enhanced service
• Maintain detailed records in management systems
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in commercial insurance preferred
• BMS proficiency required
• Level 1 insurance license necessary
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
