This role is designed to assist the Regional Program Manager and Underwriters by handling administrative responsibilities. You'll map new business and renewals, enter data into critical systems, and issue policies as per the instructions of underwriters. Your ability to respond to broker inquiries efficiently and manage any service issues will be pivotal to maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Map and manage new business and policy renewals
• Accurately enter information into various underwriting systems
• Issue policies based on underwriters' direction
• Prepare underwriting files with necessary documentation
• Address broker requests in a timely manner
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration
