Hybrid Field Claims Adjuster

Maximize business development as a Field Claims Adjuster with Claims Pro LP in Saskatoon, SK. Engage with clients, investigate claims, and deliver exceptional customer service in a hybrid work setting.

This full-time position requires a proactive and skilled candidate with at least two years of relevant experience in Property, Casualty, or Liability claims adjusting. You will promptly communicate with policyholders and claimants while effectively using technology to assess damages. A strong commitment to ongoing education, such as pursuing a CIP designation, is preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact policyholders and claimants promptly

• Investigate claims and report findings with recommendations

• Scope damage using Docusketch technology

• Negotiate settlements and prepare action plans

• Ensure high-level customer service throughout claims

Requirements:

• High school diploma; university degree preferred

• At least 2 years of claims adjusting experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to obtain a level 1 SK adjuster’s license

• Strong analytical and communication skills
