In this full-time, permanent role, you will leverage your sales acumen and industry insights to offer exceptional client service in personal insurance. A solid understanding of rural property exposures is crucial as you navigate complex coverage needs, manage renewals, and enhance client retention. You will facilitate policy issuance and maintain strong relationships with underwriters, contributing to overall premium growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct sales for rural properties and hobby farms
• Provide day-to-day customer support and maintain client files
• Issue policies and changes, collaborating with underwriters
• Process renewals and endorsements while enhancing client experience
• Upsell coverages and refer other lines where applicable
Requirements:
• RIBO License in good standing is mandatory
• More than 3 years of personal lines experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of broker management systems
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
