• Investigate and evaluate moderate to complex physical damage claims

• Negotiate challenging coverage claims professionally

• Ensure accurate reserving per corporate guidelines

• Direct vendor partners for claim resolution

• Manage litigation claims and participate in mediations

Requirements:

• Minimum 6+ years of casualty claims experience

• CIP designation or currently pursuing it

• Post-secondary education or equivalent

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in English;
