Overview  Our client is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Supply Chain to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations from demand and supply planning to inventory management, procurement, logistics, and systems. This role is critical to ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time, at the right cost. You’ll build and lead a high-performing planning function, and establish the systems, processes, and KPIs needed to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities    S&OP Leadership:  Own the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning process, integrating demand signals, production capacity, and inventory targets into a single executable plan.
OTIF & Customer Service:  Ensure 100% OTIF performance, identify root causes of service failures, and lead cross-functional corrective actions.
Inventory & Procurement:  Optimize inventory levels, manage raw material and packaging strategies, and lead strategic procurement for key inputs.
Logistics & Distribution:  Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, carrier relationships, and cross-border trade compliance.
Systems & Data:  Drive supply chain technology roadmap, ensure master data integrity, and build operational dashboards for leadership visibility.
Team Leadership:  Build, lead, and develop a high-performing supply chain team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field. MBA or SCMP designation is a strong asset.

Experience:

10+ years in supply chain (food-based preferred), with 5+ years in a leadership role.
Technical

Skills:

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Net Suite), supply chain planning tools, and data analysis.

Experience with 3PL management, co-manufacturing, and cross-border logistics.

Soft Skills:

Strategic yet operational, data-driven, accountable, and a natural cross-functional influencer.
