Responsibilities
Coordinate and assign staff to projects based on skills, availability, and project requirements to enable successful delivery outcomes.
Maintain accurate, real‑time resource plans that provide visibility into team capacity and utilization.
Monitor and adjust staffing allocations as project needs evolve, ensuring agility and responsiveness.
Track employee availability, capabilities, and development goals to support effective workforce planning.
Collaborate with project leaders to resolve scheduling conflicts and identify optimal resourcing solutions.
Build strong relationships across teams to connect employees with meaningful project opportunities.
Support workforce planning by identifying future staffing needs, skills gaps, and development priorities.
Contribute to continuous improvement of resource management processes, tools, and reporting.
Qualifications
1–5 years of experience in resource coordination, scheduling, or project support within a consulting or project‑based environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Problem‑solving mindset with adaptability in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
Familiarity with workforce planning, utilization tracking, or project coordination practices.
Proficiency in Excel and resource planning or scheduling tools.
Collaborative approach with a focus on supporting both project success and employee growth.
Awareness of HSSE and fit‑for‑duty requirements is an asset.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $41.40 - $54.90
MB & ON: $37.80 - $52.10
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $37.40 - $49.70
