• Enable a culture of safety within your team

• Partner with Category Managers for sourcing support

• Manage competitive sourcing events and contract negotiations

• Lead global and regional sourcing with competing priorities

• Evaluate RFPs and select suppliers effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

• 6+ years in strategic sourcing and category management

• Proficient in enterprise asset management systems (SAP/Oracle)

• Strong analytical skills for decision making

• Excellent communication for stakeholder management
