Join RBC as a Senior Manager to lead Strategic Sourcing initiatives. Engage in complex negotiations and leverage procurement expertise to optimize supplier partnerships.
In this role, you're set to influence sourcing decisions while adhering to Contract Governance Standards. You'll provide insights on contract deviations and collaborate closely with internal teams to drive effective contract strategies. Strong negotiation skills will be essential in meeting the needs of high-stake initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of negotiation plans for suppliers
• Provide strategic advice on sourcing processes
• Oversee RFx initiatives and supplier evaluations
• Draft, review, and amend supplier contracts
• Conduct performance mentoring for team members
Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years in procurement and relationship management
• Skilled in negotiating complex supplier agreements
• Strong analytical and communication capabilities
• Educational background in purchasing or finance
• Experience with IT and professional services procurement is advantageous
