Hybrid Procurement Specialist

Your role will also involve contract execution and operational readiness, ensuring the company meets its goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing and contracting strategies

• Collaborate with stakeholders for strategic sourcing initiatives

• Manage supplier performance and operational readiness

• Conduct commercial negotiations and contract optimization

• Improve total cost of ownership and supply assurance

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of procurement or contract experience

• Strong contract negotiation skills required

• Proven track record in independent contract management

• Mining or Oil & Gas industry experience preferred

• Familiarity with contract tracking and procurement processes
