Operations Lead - Agriculture Industry

In this role, you will maintain facility assets and provide critical support for loading and delivering agri-products. Building solid relationships with both staff and clients is essential, along with participating in effective inventory management. This position promotes cross-training for broader operational knowledge and versatility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance of facility assets and equipment

• Cultivate effective staff and customer relationships

• Load, unload, and deliver agricultural products

• Participate in inventory management systems and procedures

• Ensure compliance with industry safety standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in an operational capacity

• Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s license necessary

• Experience in maintenance and agricultural operations

• Microsoft Office proficiency

• Knowledge of EH&S regulations and practices
