Coordinate newspaper distribution operations in Saskatoon using supervisory experience, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Postmedia seeks a detail-oriented Coordinator, Distribution Services to supervise Provincial newspaper, Flyer, and Parcel distribution. The position coordinates daily operations, resolves delivery problems, supports contract drivers, and maintains service levels through independent distributors. Microsoft 365 knowledge and customer service skills are important.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and supervise day-to-day distribution operations
- Resolve delivery and service problems proactively
- Maintain acceptable service levels across distributor networks
- Oversee and support independent contract drivers
- Recruit and hire independent contractors
- Two years of relevant work experience
- Previous supervisory and distribution experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Reliable vehicle and valid Saskatchewan driver’s license
