**** Where will you work:
** Onsite – Colonsay, Saskatchewan(Colonsay is located approximately 42 miles from City of Saskatoon, with an average driving time of about 45 minutes)
** About the role
** The Surface Maintenance Supervisor (Utilities) is responsible for providing safe, effective leadership and direction to a team of surface maintenance employees. This role ensures that all maintenance activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with operational goals.

The supervisor fosters a high-performance culture by:
* Clearly defining roles and responsibilities.
* Providing guidance and development opportunities to help team members grow.
* Delivering timely, constructive feedback, including recognition and performance coaching.
* Driving engagement by connecting individual contributions to Mosaic’s vision and objectives.
* Addressing performance issues promptly and professionally
* ** Team Leadership & Scheduling**  + Supervise and schedule a team consisting of scaffolders, carpenters and plumbers that provide maintenance services for the surface infrastructure.  + Manage short- and long-term contractors to support operational needs as required.
* ** Safety & Compliance**  + Promote and enforce safe work practices.  + Participate in safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
* ** Maintenance Planning & Execution**  + Coordinate daily maintenance plans to minimize downtime and support production targets.  + Collaborate with planners to develop daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance goals.
* ** Work Order & Resource Management**  + Manage assigned work orders and initiate service requests.  + Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure timely procurement of required materials.  + Liaise with warehouse and procurement teams to align inventory with maintenance needs.
* ** Documentation & Reporting**  + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including job histories, schematics, and equipment manuals.  + Update PMs, work instructions, and SOPs to ensure compliance with safety and health standards.  + Provide clear updates and reports to stakeholders on progress and issues.

* What you’ll need:

*** 5-10 years’ experience in supervising in an industrial facility.
* Journeyperson (Red Seal) in a related trade or equivalent
* Proficiency with MS Office, SAP/S4

HANA, and other relevant software tools.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven leadership ability
* Must be authorized to work in Canada.
