Qualifications- Experience with maintenance
- Self‑sufficient and critical thinker
- Physically able to lift, bend, and perform hands‑on work
- Basic knowledge of tools is a plus
- Reliable and punctual
- Assist with basic repairs (plumbing, painting, drywall, etc.)
- Help carry tools and materials to job sites
- Perform general cleaning and upkeep of maintenance areas
- Support with seasonal work
- Follow safety procedures and take direction from lead maintenance staff
- Maintain maintenance facilities in apartments and houses
