SASKATOON PUBLIC SCHOOLS seeks a Building Operator 2 Floater to fill in during staff absences. Candidates should have at least two years of building operator experience and possess a Fifth Class Engineers Certificate as well as Level 1 and 2 Occupational Health and Safety training.

Your role will include assisting existing operators and managing maintenance tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fill in for Building Operators during their absences

• Guide and mentor new and existing staff

• Operate and maintain various mechanical systems

• Ensure efficient processing of supply orders and maintenance requests

• Assess and troubleshoot heating and cooling systems

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification required

• Must hold a Fifth Class Engineers Certificate

• Preferably two years of experience in a similar role

• Completed Level 1 and 2 Occupational Health and Safety training

• Strong decision-making and organizational skills
