Position: Skilled Painter for School Division
Use your painting skills to improve and maintain school facilities as part of our Maintenance Branch team. The Painter role involves effective finishing of various school assets and building maintenance.

Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, as a Painter, you will apply your trade knowledge to millwork, furniture, and building alterations. A solid foundation in commercial painting is necessary, along with proven communication capabilities and the ability to work without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply finishes on millwork and furniture in classrooms

• Conduct inspections and maintenance of school facilities

• Perform repairs and adaptations to building interiors

• Coordinate with Maintenance Branch team members

• Ensure adherence to cleanliness and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent

• Journeyperson certification in Painting from Saskatchewan

• Minimum of five years in a commercial painting environment

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Valid driver's license from Saskatchewan
