Position: General Maintenance Worker Sandman Hotel Group
Sandman Hotel Group seeks a General Maintenance Worker dedicated to maintaining high service standards and guest satisfaction. This role involves various duties from HVAC servicing to property upkeep.

As part of Northland Properties, you'll engage in essential maintenance activities ensuring the hotel meets guest expectations. The position requires a multitasking approach, including drywall work, pool maintenance, and immediate response to guest requests for repairs within a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute planned property maintenance tasks thoroughly

• Maintain heating and air conditioning systems effectively

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests

• Complete drywall repairs and surface preparation

• Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum of 2 years in a maintenance role

• 1 year in facility operations preferred

• Understanding of safety regulations in maintenance

• Must lift and manage items over 25 pounds
