Position: Saskatoon Temporary Caretaker Needed
Help shape a safe living environment as a Temporary Caretaker in Saskatoon. Focus on cleaning, minor repairs, and overall maintenance in six apartment buildings and a group home.

This full-time temporary role spans six months, with the possibility of extension. You will perform essential cleaning tasks, address maintenance requests, and assist tenants effectively. Your ability to communicate with contractors and respond to emergencies will be vital in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out regular cleaning for interiors and exteriors

• Manage small repair tasks when needed

• Ensure building security systems are operational

• Assist tenants with their requests and emergencies

• Keep maintenance storage areas neat and secure

Requirements:

• Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance settings

• Trades certification in plumbing or heating preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

• Skilled in crisis management and resolution

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
