This full-time, unionized position requires hands-on maintenance skills and effective communication with management, staff, and tenants. You'll be assessing properties, performing timely repairs, and coordinating contractor work while managing tenant service requests.
Your role is essential in maintaining high standards for property readiness and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform caretaking and janitorial tasks efficiently
• Assess and maintain cosmetic, mechanical, and structural elements
• Execute repairs and coordinate outside contractor work
• Communicate effectively with management and tenants
• Ensure readiness of vacant units for new occupants
Requirements:
• Clear Criminal Vulnerable Sector Record check
• Valid driver's license with a roadworthy vehicle
• Third-party liability insurance of at least $1,000,000
