As a Housekeeper at Luther Care Communities, you play a critical role in ensuring that all common areas and guest suites are clean and inviting. You will adhere to strict cleaning guidelines, handle confidential information responsibly, and maintain a high quality of work. It's important to take initiative and complete additional tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and organize all common areas and guest suites
• Adhere to daily cleaning guidelines and quality standards
• Ensure confidentiality of resident information
• Perform minor maintenance tasks related to cleaning
• Take initiative on non-scheduled duties when possible
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 10;
Grade 12 is preferred
• Must finalize WHMIS training within three months
• Strong English communication skills
• Knowledge of safe cleaning techniques
• Preferred previous experience in housekeeping
