Join the team as a Full-Time Marina Maintenance Associate, responsible for yard cleanliness and daily operations. This hands-on position focuses on upkeep and support within the marina facility.

The Maintenance/Yard Associate plays a critical role in keeping the marina yard organized and safe. This seasonal position involves general maintenance, groundskeeping, and assisting team members, with an emphasis on efficiency and appearance. Comfort with various weather conditions and the ability to lift materials are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remove garbage and debris regularly from the property

• Perform lawn care, including mowing and trimming

• Maintain cleanliness of yard, storage, and buildings

• Assist with organizing inventory and materials

• Support service teams with boat handling as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Experience in maintenance or general labor is an asset

• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors
