Position: Building Maintenance Technician Role
Location: North Battleford

We're hiring a Building Maintenance Technician to handle crucial maintenance tasks and ensure a safe living and working space. Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical work, and facility cleaning.

This crucial role involves performing regular building maintenance duties such as troubleshooting issues and engaging with contractors for repairs. Administrative tasks, including reporting on maintenance status and keeping track of cleaning supplies, will also be part of your job. You’ll work to ensure compliance with all safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute routine maintenance tasks across various systems

• Maintain cleanliness of both interior spaces and equipment

• Complete forms and maintenance reporting for supervisors

• Keep track of inventory and communicate needs

• Respond efficiently to emergency maintenance situations

Requirements:

• Experience in general building maintenance

• Skills in diagnosing and repairing systems

• Knowledge of safety regulations in maintenance work

• Ability to liaise effectively with vendors

• No recent criminal charges (last 10 years)
