Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the screed both manually and automatically

• Manage tonnage control and conduct equipment care

• Work closely with other crew members for efficiency

• Adhere to Ledcor’s Health & Safety programs

• Set and verify screed specifications and dimensions

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant highway experience

• Proven ability to meet screed specifications

• Mechanical troubleshooting proficiency

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and meet physical demands

• Clean driver’s abstract and valid license
