Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain building electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems

• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections

• Manage logs and certification records for equipment

• Coordinate with contract cleaning and building service providers

• Respond to equipment alarms and inquiries from staff

Requirements:

• Diploma in commercial building maintenance

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Valid Firemen's Certificate and Health & Safety credentials

• Reliable vehicle and driver's license required

• Strong communication and computer skills
