Intermediate Building Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct planned maintenance and manage work schedules

• Supervise subcontractors and facilitate coordination

• Log readings and complete basic tours of premises

• Address tenant concerns and perform site-related duties

• Compile progress reports and communicate updates to clients

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in a commercial facility

• Proficient in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting

• Strong communication and customer service aptitude

• Criminal Background Check needed

• Valid Class 5 SK Driver's License required
