Become an Aircraft Production Manager with Rise Air, an Indigenous-owned airline in Saskatchewan, and lead vital aviation maintenance operations. Enhance safety and reliability while mentoring your team.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supervising maintenance activities and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Your leadership will be key in developing production strategies and maintaining safety standards, supporting a diverse and community-centered workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage aircraft maintenance and repair operations
• Ensure adherence to Transport Canada regulations
• Implement efficient production strategies and policies
• Promote safety awareness across maintenance teams
• Liaise with Quality Assurance on compliance issues
Requirements:
• Must hold M1 and M2 AME licenses
• Minimum of 10 years relevant aviation experience
• 2-3 years in a managerial capacity within aviation
• Comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
