Experienced Cleaner Associate

Boardwalk operates over 34,000 rental units across Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Saskatchewan, and Quebec. In this position, you will utilize your two years of cleaning experience to maintain and sanitize building entrances, offices, and amenity rooms. Your commitment to excellence and customer service will support a comfortable home living experience for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean building common areas and vacant suites

• Manage interior and exterior garbage pick-up

• Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting

• Ensure maintenance and proper operation of cleaning equipment

• Support other sites and complete additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Ability to lift up to 90kg with equipment

• Strong English communication skills

• Positive attitude in team collaboration
