Job Title Camp Worker 3 (Janitorial)
Key Responsibilities Follow assigned workload and complete tasks within allotted time.
Adhere to cleaning/sanitation protocols for the mill and mine dry change rooms.
Adhere to cleaning/sanitation protocols for the administration and other site buildings.
Complete weekly cleaning and housekeeping of rooms.
Clean washrooms, toilets and hallways according to protocol.
Sanitize work and customer areas.
Operate vacuum and laundry equipment.
Empty garbage from dining room and bedrooms.
Perform any other duties assigned by the department.
Knowledge and Skills Good communication skills.
Team player.
Positive and proactive attitude toward safety.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Physically capable of repetitive bending, pulling, carrying, high lifting and heavy pushing up to 50 lbs.
Education and Experience Five or more years of experience, with ability to step into supervisory positions when required.
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Experience working in remote, fly‑in/fly‑out camp sites is an asset.
Working Conditions Schedule is two (2) weeks on, two (2) weeks off at a remote camp in northern Saskatchewan. Workdays are 11 hours long with potential for unscheduled overtime. Crews fly in and out from pick‑up points in Saskatoon, Prince Albert or La Ronge.
