Custodial Supervisor

Position: Custodial Supervisor at City
Lead custodial operations with the City of Saskatoon as a Custodial Supervisor. Oversee staff, implement cleaning standards, and manage building maintenance in this in-demand position.

In this important role, you will report directly to the Superintendent of Custodial Services. You will supervise cleaning staff, ensure high-quality operations, and promote health and safety within facilities. Your leadership will guide staff in best practices and equipment maintenance, enhancing operational efficiency and workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise custodial staff and oversee cleaning tasks

• Train staff in custodial techniques and equipment maintenance

• Perform routine building checks for maintenance needs

• Promote a safe and positive workplace culture

• Conduct pool water quality tests and adjust chemicals

Requirements:

• Grade 10 education

• Valid Fireman's Certificate

• Two years cleaning experience, including one year supervisory

• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence

• Current safe driving record
