Dundas Quarry Maintenance Supervisor

Become a pivotal part of Amrize as the Maintenance Supervisor for the Dundas Quarry. Focus on plant reliability and health and safety at our largest mining operation in Eastern Canada.

This role is vital for fostering a culture of safety and operational efficiency. You will engage with employees and contractors to promote best practices while managing maintenance schedules and training while ensuring compliance with site safety regulations. Your five-plus years of experience will contribute to our safety mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote 'zero' harm safety culture through engagement

• Organize and lead daily huddles for safety compliance

• Develop and oversee site maintenance schedules

• Assist in health and safety site audits

• Motivate and train production personnel for effectiveness

Requirements:

• Five years of supervisory experience in a similar field

• College degree in Engineering or Business is an asset

• Strong computer skills including SAP

• Background in welding or millwright is preferred

• Solid analytical and communication skills
