Surface Maintenance Leader at Mosaic

Location: Colonsay

Lead surface maintenance operations at Mosaic in Colonsay, Saskatchewan. As a Mill Maintenance Superintendent, ensure safe, efficient functionality of site assets while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Reporting to the Sr. Mill Manager, this role encompasses overseeing daily maintenance activities, coaching supervisors and tradespeople, and implementing best practices. You'll collaborate with various teams to align maintenance needs with inventory and manage maintenance budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Surface Maintenance Group to meet maintenance goals

• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs

• Collaborate with procurement and scheduling teams

• Oversee capital expenditure projects with safe execution

• Lead continuous improvement across maintenance and production

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical certification

• 5–7+ years of supervisory experience

• 7–10+ years of industrial experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office and SAP S/4
