As a Cleaner Associate at Boardwalk, you play a critical role in maintaining over 34,000 rental units across Canada. With a minimum of two years of cleaning experience, your responsibilities include cleaning common areas, vacant suites, and managing waste efficiently. A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service is essential for ensuring resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness of building entrances and offices
• Conduct garbage pick-up inside and outside
• Assist with snow removal and painting tasks
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper inventory management
• Collaborate with other teams for cleaning support
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of cleaning experience
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 90kg with proper equipment
• Proficient in verbal and written English
• Strong teamwork and time-management skills
