Mill Maintenance Superintendent Colonsay

Location: Colonsay

Take on a leadership role as the Mill Maintenance Superintendent with The Mosaic Company in Colonsay, Saskatchewan. Oversee surface maintenance activities and ensure efficient operation of site assets while fostering a safety-first culture.

Reporting to the Sr. Mill Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team and be responsible for maintenance strategy, operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. With a focus on budgeting, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance, this position directly impacts workplace safety and maintenance performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Surface Maintenance Group tasks and workflows

• Establish maintenance goals in collaboration with Planning and Scheduling

• Manage Capital & Maintenance budgets within approved limits

• Align inventory with maintenance requirements alongside procurement

• Provide development opportunities for team growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

• 5–7 years of supervisory experience

• 7–10 years in industrial settings

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP S/4
