Facility Maintenance Operator

Take charge of building systems at the Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon as a full-time Facility Maintenance Operator.

Your role will center on operating complex systems and performing key repairs.

This permanent position offers a salary range of $27.990 to $30.000. You will operate and monitor computerized building systems while maintaining essential facility equipment. Your expertise in building operations will be critical for ensuring facility safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor computerized control systems

• Perform major repairs and installations on building systems

• Maintain various plant systems and equipment effectively

• Independently troubleshoot complex facility issues

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Building Systems Technician certificate required

• 5th Class Engineering certificate preferred

• Power Engineering License under Safety Act mandatory

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license necessary

• Knowledge of tools and equipment relevant to maintenance
