As a Janitor at Canlan Sports, your primary task will be to undertake janitorial and minor maintenance duties across our recreational facilities. This hands-on position requires cleaning, ensuring safety in common areas, and performing small repairs, while working collaboratively with a dedicated team. Your attention to detail will help enhance the overall experience for our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute janitorial tasks per established fire and building codes

• Maintain clean and safe parking lots and entrances

• Conduct property cleanup and grounds maintenance

• Manage snow and debris removal during peak seasons

• Assist with general maintenance and special ice tasks when needed

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent considered an asset

• Valid driver's license desirable

• Prior janitorial experience preferred

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights

• Excellent communication skills with teamwork focus
