Position: Maintenance Staff at Muskoka Woods
Join Muskoka Woods as Maintenance Staff to ensure accommodations and public spaces shine from September to November 2026. This role involves diverse tasks, including lawn care and facility upkeep.

Muskoka Woods specializes in youth development experiences by the stunning Lake Rosseau. Our Maintenance Staff plays a crucial role in supporting the Schools & Retreats team by maintaining facilities and grounds. Candidates must be ready for hands-on work, collaborating with a full-time maintenance crew while bringing personal values that align with our mission to inspire youth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mow and trim grass to maintain grounds

• Collect garbage and ensure spaces are clean

• Assist with snow removal during winter

• Move firewood and maintenance equipment

• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and customer service mindset

• Must provide own steel-toed shoes

• Ability to handle physical labor and lift 10-30 lbs

• Effective communication with team members and guests

• Valid driver’s license preferred
