Performs general maintenance and repairs for facility/plant systems, equipment, grounds and buildings. - Human Resources Exemption:
No - Experience
- - One (1) year experience in a maintenance environment (commercial or industrial)
- Education
- - Fireman Boiler Operator certificate
- Licenses
- - Boiler Operator License issued pursuant to Boiler & Pressure Vessels Safety Act
- - Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Other Education and Training
- - Pool Operator certificate, where required
- - Refrigeration Engineer certificate, where required by the job
