Position: Cleaning and Maintenance Caretaker Role
Become a Cleaning and Maintenance Caretaker where you will maintain facility cleanliness and perform minor repairs as required. This position is vital for a well-kept environment.

We are looking for a dedicated Caretaker responsible for maintaining the facility's cleanliness. In this role, you will clean both the interior and exterior while conducting minor maintenance. Independent work and knowledge of tools will be critical to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure facility cleanliness both indoors and outdoors

• Perform needed minor repairs and maintenance tasks

• Maintain the grounds to create a welcoming environment

• Operate tools and equipment necessary for tasks

• Follow safety guidelines while completing duties

Requirements:

• Educational requirement:
Completion of Grade 10

• Basic competency in computer skills essential

• Ability to work independently with confidence

• Knowledgeable about maintenance tools and usage

• A valid driver's license is required, where appropriate
