Position: Avana Property Maintenance Technician
Ensure top-notch quality living spaces as a Maintenance Technician age directly with residents to uphold our community standards and responsiveness.

As part of Avana's maintenance team, you will be responsible for the upkeep and readiness of our properties in Saskatoon.

Your role involves hands-on troubleshooting and repairs, aiming for high first-time fix rates. By managing multiple properties, you will play a significant part in enhancing the resident experience and property appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high activity in repairs and inspections

• Support seamless move-in and move-out processes

• Build trust through clear communications about maintenance

• Keep common areas in optimal condition for inspections

• Document work accurately within company systems

Requirements:

• 2+ years maintenance experience in residential or facilities

• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities

• Highly organized with effective time management

• Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver's License
