We seek an experienced Cleaner with two years in the field to join our team. You will ensure cleanliness throughout our properties by tackling tasks such as cleaning common areas, vacant suites, and managing waste. This position also involves assisting with inventory management and ensuring equipment is well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness in community entrances and shared spaces

• Conduct thorough cleaning of vacant suites

• Perform interior and exterior garbage collection

• Assist in seasonal tasks like snow removal

• Ensure equipment functionality and manage inventory

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cleaning

• Working knowledge of English for communication

• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

• Capability to lift 90kg safely

• Strong time-management and customer service skills
