As a valued member of the team, reporting to the Maintenance Senior Supervisor, you will oversee trades and enhance the effectiveness of maintenance practices. Utilizing your experience, you will manage work plans, prioritize emergency tasks, and help create training programs for continuous improvement in the department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise equipment rebuild processes and schedules
• Provide technical support during maintenance tasks
• Review job completion times for accuracy
• Maintain housekeeping and safety practices on site
• Collaborate on maintenance improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Over 3 years in operational maintenance
• Technical designation in Electrical or Mechanical fields
• Strong supervision background needed
• Experience in CMMS and SAP considered an asset
• Highly organized in fast-paced settings
