Facility Maintenance Mechanic

Join our Property Management Team as a full-time Facility Maintenance Mechanic in Saskatoon. You'll support a safe, productive environment through HVAC and mechanical system maintenance.

In this role, you will be a key player in maintaining and servicing essential facility systems. Reporting to the Building Operator, you will handle diverse duties, including the operation and maintenance of boiler systems and air conditioning equipment, plumbing repairs, and daily grounds-keeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain HVAC and mechanical systems

• Ensure efficient operation of boiler systems

• Analyze boiler water testing and conduct minor repairs

• Maintain safety standards in facilities and equipment

• Provide regular building maintenance and grounds-keeping

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in facility maintenance

• Knowledge of boiler systems and HVAC

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to perform minor plumbing repairs

• Willingness to take on additional assigned duties
