Your role will focus on maintaining safe and functional properties for customers.
As a full-time member of our service-oriented team, you will contribute to the maintenance of building and grounds. Responsibilities include daily upkeep, assisting with repairs, and ensuring that all safety equipment is operational. You will also be tasked with documenting maintenance activities in the management system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily building and grounds maintenance
• Assist coworkers in needed repairs
• Ensure safety equipment is fully operational
• Address assigned client requests effectively
• Keep accurate records in the maintenance system
Requirements:
• Proven experience in facility maintenance
• Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment
