This position will be based in Saskatoon (with periodic travel to the Jansen Mine Site). The associated work schedule will be 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working (flexible, shared workstations and a combination of office and work from home) is standard for BHP.
BHP offers domestic relocation assistance to support the successful incumbent in transitioning, if required. Benefits offered as part of the relocation program include (but are not limited to) new home purchase assistance, temporary accommodations, home finding trip and a resettlement allowance.
The Challenge AheadThe Specialist, Integrated Planning is responsible for developing and maintaining an integrated production plan from a 2-week horizon through to the 2-Year Plan (2YP), ensuring alignment across mining, processing, maintenance, logistics, and sales & marketing. The role supports delivery of the 2-Year Budget (2YB) and Capital Allocation Process (CAP) through development of production scenarios, profiles, and performance insights, while establishing and embedding effective planning systems, ways of working, governance, and continuous improvement practices within the Integrated Planning team.
In this role, you will:
- Support the implementation and stand-up of Integrated Planning systems and tools, including hands‑on system configuration, data setup, testing, and refinement of planning applications to enable end‑to‑end production planning processes.
